Compliance Bureau is an independent data exposure assessment practice focused on evidence-first identification, documentation, classification, remediation planning, and verification.
The practice is built around a simple principle: distinguish what is directly observed from what is assessed, unresolved, or not demonstrated, and avoid overstating exposure, access, impact, or compromise.
Assess → Document → Classify → Remediate → Verify
Who we are
Compliance Bureau helps organizations identify externally accessible personal, financial, and operational data exposures, document the evidence, assess potential compliance impact, and prioritize remediation.
We are not a law firm, regulator, or legal authority. Engagements are bounded, assessment-first, and confidential. We do not publish client lists or identifying case studies.
How we work
Our differentiator is evidence discipline: we distinguish what is observed, what is demonstrated, and what remains unknown.
- Findings are classified as confirmed, assessed, unresolved, or not demonstrated.
- We do not characterize an exposure as a breach without sufficient evidence.
- Remediation support is optional and separate from discovery.
See the full methodology and a sanitized, fictionalized example assessment. Public website materials do not display real client records.
Sectors
We work with organizations that handle sensitive information through business systems — including healthcare, financial services, professional services, and payment-heavy operations.
